RAJU was a delight and a pleasure to meet. Catering towards my every need and I really appreciate the way his standard of customer service was. Was very helpful and professional, and was able to put a smile on my face during Breakfast Service. Always a pleasure to stay at IBIS, but RAJU really put the Cherry on top of the cake for me, and I will definitely be visiting again and staying at IBIS just because of his amazing personality and customer service. What a great and wonderful person and it was a pleasure having a good chat and conversation with him, a man of Wisdom and good vibes. Thank you very much!!!!

Have stayed in several Ibis before and they're usually quite similarly fine - not luxurious but decent standard. This one isn't - am unsure how Accor are happy to have this on their books. A tiny "double"room - literally walked into the bed upon opening the door, ancient brown carpet, grey woodchip wallpaper, old-fashioned tv (not digital) in a tiny fake walnut unit, no aircon and an old yellowing storage heater from circa 1973....If I'd been booked more than one night I'd have left - a bit grim really

Great location close to New Street Station and city centre. Fairly basic and small room. All very clean though and a comfortable bed leading to a good night’s sleep despite being located virtually outside the lift. The shower wasn’t very hot.

Ibis Birmingham is close to New Street Train Stn and has a small but useful car park and although the hotel is only a 3* the accommodation & room were very acceptable. The service I received from the following helpful staff was excellent: Including Ashraf - Mgr, Salla, Caterina & Alana - on reception, Raju, Pradip & Ingred on catering & conferencing. Worst experience ever. I've stopped here before its great if your going the hippodrome theatre. However this time has ruined it for me to ever come back again. 1 st We'd been in our room just under an hour, my sister is getting changed ready for us to go out when our door is opened. A older mother and her daughter had also been given our room. After moaning to staff supposedly sorted with much apologising on their part. 2nd we go out, our keys no longer work and are told everytime we leave, we have to get the keys re done to get into our room. 3rd dirty glasses with lipstick over them in our supposedly clean room. After all these want to complain,to be told that there is no management or supervisors on over the weekend and staff can't help or we can't be moved as their full. Could not change hotels so we're stuck. Ended up baracading the door with our cases for extra peace of mind and safety, my sister is disabled and suffers severe anxiety. Which is why we came here because of how close to the theatre it is. NEVER AGAIN......
