The service, the coral reef and the small yet exclusive environment are the most incredible highlights of our holidays. The stay was amazing, the front desk was always there to answer our questions and requests, while people such as Dimal, Thiloma and the chef from Nepal, Deepa, made us feel like at home, well considered and served in the best possible way a customer can imagine about. Even one of the worst event that can happen to a resort, an electric outage, was managed so well and in two hours we were moved swiftly to another resort, 15 mins in speedboat from Mercure, being upgraded to a water pool villa. Amazing.

Just book it! Super stay Sooo relaxing and a beautiful setting A slice of paradise The staff just want you to be happy and enjoy your holiday and can’t do enough for you Oh and you must visit the spa ! Really hope we can visit again

First, let me start by saying all the staff have been wonderful. However, we are 10/10 not enjoying our stay here at Mercure and wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone back home. There has been a lot of inaccuracies when it comes to this resorts amenities. The snorkeling equipment was in short supply and we were only just able to pick gear up on day 2 @430p. To which we still havent been able to use due to the Red flag. Room service was not accurate to the description listed online. When we asked for a refund we were told that refunds were too difficult and they offered a replacement meal on another day, to which we declined and requested a refund for the dish that that was ordered. (1 sandwich/fries, coffee, coke, burger/fries came to ~$100 USD) We only requested the burger meal was refunded amd were more than willing to pay for the food that was eaten. FOOD WAS GREAT OTHERWISE! Prices don't seem to be accurate to the websites description. There are alot of hidden fees. Which they list as (++) this is an additional 27% to the listed prices. The all-inclusive package offers amenities that aren't even available. Such as the Fun-Tube ride. When we inquired at the Watersport center about a jetski ride in-place of the unavailable Fun-Tube ride, we were told no because the jetskis use alot of gas gasoline. Kayaks are only available to guests for 1hr per day. If they're no in use, do to short supply. When it comes to the availbility of meals, Vista is closed 2 days of our 4 night stay stay, Room Service is not included in all-inclusive, Pool bar is not included in all-inclusive. ALL-inclusive is suppose to be ALL- Inclusive not half inclusive. We've payed way too much ~$14,000 USD for this vacation for what we have recieved we are not happy about how we are spending our 10year anniversary. Update: The night before check out I killed a cockroach in out overwater bungalow....proceed with caution.
