O padrão Ibis existiu porém para quem viaja a trabalho e tem vôo no início da noite a meia diária do Ibis não contempla e nem existe flexibilidade para casos em que o checkout poderia ser às 20h.

Compreendemos perfeitamente a sua necessidade de maior flexibilidade no horário de check-out, especialmente em viagens a trabalho com voos no início da noite. Gostaríamos de esclarecer que, conforme as práticas padrão da hotelaria e a política da rede ibis Styles, o horário de check-in inicia-se às 12h e o check-out deve ser realizado até às 12h do dia seguinte. Essa padronização garante a preparação adequada dos quartos para novos hóspedes e o funcionamento equilibrado da operação do hotel. Em situações como a sua, oferecemos, mediante disponibilidade, a possibilidade de um late check-out até às 18h, com cobrança adicional proporcional (geralmente meia diária). Permanências após esse horário, como até às 20h, configuram nova diária, pois comprometem o uso do apartamento para a próxima hospedagem. Lamentamos não ter conseguido atender à sua solicitação desta vez e reforçamos que nossa equipe está sempre aberta ao diálogo e pronta para buscar alternativas, desde que haja disponibilidade.
