Uncooked and raw sausages served repeatedly at breakfast. The same sausages were cooked by the chef twice and they were still raw. This same chef then disagreed with the breakfast manager about how cooked they were. The chef is dangerous and this is unacceptable in any setting never mind a hotel like this. Extremely disappointing.

Very minimal room for the money I paid, shower head didn’t fit in holder so made having a shower awkward. Shower gel was virtually empty which was annoying. No plug socket near the one bed nearest the wall it was near the end of the wall so charger didn’t reach to bed side table. Very minimal tea and coffee in the room. Room was quite dull and dark with only having a small section on window.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception and in restaurant. Very clean and comfortable room. No problem with gluten free food. Excellent location for show. Grandson not happy with glass doors on bathroom!

Made this booking a while ago & certain I’d selected breakfast & parking as options, but discovered the day before that the parking was not showing in the booking. I was unable to amend my booking to include the parking & found that spaces are managed by a 3rd party which incurred an additional cost to the price shown on the hotel booking page. That said, the hotel is well located for events at Wembley & the ability to self-park in London is very welcome. Check-in was efficient & our room was a good size with the expected amenities. The view from our room wasn’t great, but not that important for our stay. The Bathroom was clean & modern & the supplied toiletries are good quality. Breakfast felt rather chaotic, clearly the hotel is very busy & dining space is limited, but trying to navigate densely packed tables & decorative barriers was awkward when trying to access the breakfast buffet. Breakfast had a good mix of continental & full English, but ordering items was disappointing as we waited 10+ minutes for 3 fried eggs which looked like they’d been sat under a heat lamp for some time when others arrived quickly & looking fresher. A personal choice, but I wasn’t a fan of the streaky bacon which was heat lamp hard. Generally speaking the full English items looked like they’d been there for too long. Despite the issues we encountered I’d certainly be happy to give the hotel another chance given the comfort of the rooms.
