Friendly reception staff. Unfortunately the first room given to us was out of use due to maintenance, so we had to go back to reception for a new room. This room was nice, overlooking the main walkway. It was a shame there were broken tiles in the bathroom. It was a great location for Starlight Express. Enjoyable breakfast in the morning, though more than one working coffee machine would have stopped the long queues.

Apart from the excellent location, the one thing that makes this a superb hotel are the staff. All the staff are friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. We have stayed here on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wembley area. As our stay was close to Christmas, we decided to try the Christmas Dinner menu in the restaurant and we are glad we did, it was excellent and made even better by the waiters, a special mention and thank you to Maria and Ranji for making the experience very enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit.

Had a small issue with the receptionist on arrival but generally everything was good. Nice clean suite, not a very nice view from the window and breakfast had a nice variety. Would stay again.
