1. The room was comfortable. 2. I don’t find much positives about the rest of the stay. 3. There was a dinner included in the stay, they had planned the date without consulting us, said they assumed we would do it on the first day. They changed it, but we had to do it on another day they fixed. 4. Dinner was lamb, when we told them that we do do not eat lamb, they offered a vegetarian dinner as the only choice. That’s fine but they wouldn’t specify what it would be. Something “ Soya” was the best explanation. We ate dinner outside. Wasn’t even given a choice of paying for another type of meal we preferred. 5. We didn’t find the staff friendly or accommodating, felt like doing us a favour, even though I was paying. I would recommend the management to have a look at this. Any way it is not my problem now, may be hotel’s. 6. We travel a lot and stay in hotels often, we shall not come back here again.

We came in earlier and understood that it was before check in time. The staff did not even asked the name on the reservation and just immediately said 'no you cannot check in'. Not even a single greeting. When we came back later, the tall gentleman (we did not get his name but the one on shift on May 17 at around 1530) who checked us in was very different. He was very welcoming and helpful. He was also very informative, friendly and accommodating. The next morning, the breakfast staff was also quite rude. With such a location and nice rooms, the staff's professionalism could have been improved.

Just a short walk from a fabulous stretch if beach and lovely woodland including a zip wire experience (klimbos). The little garden suites are amazing. You can enjoy your own little patio.

From a guest’s perspective, several important aspects were not clearly communicated during check-in. For example, we were not informed that it was necessary to reserve a specific time slot for breakfast. It was only on the second day, while we were already seated, that we were asked what time we planned to come for breakfast the following day. As we were a group of 6 adults and 2 children staying for 3 days, the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable from that moment on. It felt as though our presence and flexibility—simply coming and going according to our needs—was not appreciated. Traveling with an 11-month-old baby naturally means starting the day earlier, especially for breakfast, and then wanting to spend some relaxed time together as a family. However, we were told that once the second breakfast seating begins, we would need to leave the restaurant. This added unnecessary pressure and reduced the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, we sometimes were no longer greeted upon entering the hotel and felt observed in a rather unfriendly or strict manner. City Tax was Charged Daily for a Baby of 11 Months and a 6 year old. Charging €15 per day for a baby cot does not feel family-friendly. As someone working in the same industry, I found that guest orientation and hospitality were lacking. Unfortunately, we often felt more like a burden than welcomed guests.
