I made a booking and only requested a high-floor room. Prior to my arrival, about a week in advance, your staff confirmed via WhatsApp that a high-floor room would be arranged. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the first floor. I arrived around 10 PM expecting to rest, but the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. In addition, the body lotion provided appeared to be spoiled or expired, as its texture was watery. I would appreciate your attention to these issues and hope for better consistency in communication and room standards.
