1. The general terms and conditions of ALL - Accor Live Limitless apply to the "Buen Fin 2025" offer. To benefit from it, you must be a member of ALL - Accor Live Limitless, and to enjoy the additional offer for ALL Signature subscribers, you must be an active club subscriber.

2. To enjoy this offer, members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and/or ALL Signature subscribers must, mandatorily, book their hotel through the ALL.com APP between 11/3/2025 and 12/3/2025. IMPORTANT: ALL Signature subscribers can subscribe to the club during the offer, but it is mandatory to follow the booking specifications and have an active subscription during the stay period. This offer is only available for residents of Mexico.

 3. This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless members to double their Reward points on a stay at one of the participating hotels in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and the "Buen Fin 2025" offer.

The point calculation is based on the points credited to the member by the hotel at the end of an eligible stay, applying the general conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program and based on the Classic status.

At the end of the stay, points are credited in two phases:

 * Crediting of the points corresponding to those the member would have earned without the offer;

* The additional Reward points earned by enrolling in the offer will be credited in a second transaction, completing the total number of Reward points multiplied by 2x. For example, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member who has earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward points for an eligible stay will receive the following: * 250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points X2. The point calculation will be done on the check-out date and according to the status valid on that day. That is, if the member books with one status in 2025 but their account undergoes a category change (upgrade or downgrade) before the stay in 2026, the points will be calculated with the status on the check-out day. This Reward point bonus is added to the Reward and Status points earned for an eligible stay, applying the general conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program. This offer can be used only one (01) time per ALL member, regardless of their status, and new ALL Signature subscribers, regardless of the plan contracted after July 31, 2025, can use it up to 3 times during its validity. The stay must be booked with the [BFROM;BRBBM] rate. If not available, the member will not receive the bonus described in this offer. 5. The stay must have a minimum of 1 night(s). 6. Any consecutive stay (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be valid once for the "Buen Fin 2025" offer. 7. Within this offer, a stay is considered as one (1) reservation by an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. The crediting of Reward and Status points will be calculated from the first check-out date. 8. To be eligible for the offer with bonus Reward points, the reservation must be made exclusively through the ALL.com application. Reservations made through other channels will not be eligible, even if they are within the Accor universe (all.com website, directly at the hotels, reservation center, etc.). Reservations made through travel agencies, resellers, or online platforms such as Expedia, Booking, Despegar, etc., will also not be eligible. 9. You must be logged into your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account at the time of booking on the ALL.com app and present your number and/or virtual card at the hotel reception upon check-in.

10. ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be credited to the member's account within 10 days after the end date of the stay.

11. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers and is not applicable to groups. If a stay meets the terms and conditions of several offers, only the Reward points from the most generous offer will be credited.

12. Stays and/or restaurant expenses paid partially or totally with ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.

13. This offer is subject to availability. The public rate terms and conditions of sale for each hotel apply.

 14. In case of a change in the booking date, the offer and the point accrual will only apply if the new date is within the initially established stay period, i.e., between 12/3/2025 and 12/18/2026. Furthermore, the member must have enrolled in this offer before making the date change.

Members must present their member card upon check-in at the hotel (or their member number if they have not yet received their card).
