When we arrived, we were issued a room and I believe it probably was the worst room in the whole hotel. We were supposed to have an ocean view room and instead we were lit issued a ground floor room that said it had a card view and it was nothing but dirt outside. I went to the front desk and they said that they would move me, but since it was Christmas holiday, it might take some time. I expressed how this was not acceptable and the next day they did move me to an ocean view room. It was a lovely room with a lovely view, so I was happy about the Customer Service that was provided. There were always beach chairs, and if there were none available if you asked one of the attendance they would actually go and get you some and an umbrella. It was nice to know that I didn’t have to fight for a beach chair. The people who wanted the pool though, had to fight with people who put their towels on chairs much too early. I did feel bad for those people. The atmosphere was light and lovely. I was not a big fan of the food as I found most of it cold and not my style. With that being said I’m not a big fan of buffet food so that could be just me. Overall, it seems like a great place to bring your children and for a family vacation. Overall, I would say that it was a nice day for six nights and seven days.

When we arrived at the resort, we waiting over almost an hour to check in. Then the check in its self took another 30-45min. Once we finally got that sorted, went to our room and not what my travel agent said we would have for beds. The only reason I booked this resort is because I was under the impression they had 2 bedroom suits, one room with a king and in with 2 double beds. They DO NOT offer any rooms like that for a family of six. So we made the room work. This was a travel agent Incompetency. Our room was a bit of an electrical mess. The suite upstairs had plug ins on either side of the bed and the only way those would work was if we left a light on by the door all night. Next, our fan light upstairs would turn the fan light off downstairs in the main living room. Or vice versa versa. And lastly the fan light in the downstairs suite would turn on multiple times a night while my children were sleeping. Super frustrating. Shower pressure was terrible, very small counter space in bathrooms, the food was mediocre, could only book for à la carte on Sunday which was strange I thought. We arrived on a Thursday and there was very little times when I went Sunday morning. Will not stay there again

Vacation Club people are all over you. Its anoying. Food is not great and staff is not that nice. They say no to most of the things I asked for.

We rented a one bedroom suite for the 3 of us, all good friends. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and we had no complaints. Our AC wasn’t working and staff showed up immediately to fix it. We went for a nice relaxing vacation, and that is exactly what we had. My friend slipped on some wet tile and the staff were very concerned and helpful. We enjoyed the pools, and we certainly enjoyed the food, available all the time. I thought the variety of food was excellent. All in all it was a very nice vacation and plan on coming again.
