We hadn't vacationed here in 18 months. The new private beach club is aces. The chairs are not just padded, but have lumbar pillows if you can believe it. Beach service is as good as ever. Some of the menus appear to have been trimmed back a bit, but overall the food is still fantastic! Was not a big fan of the new Silk restaurant at Emotions. Shout outs to Manuel and Maria at Brunello who BBC are so genuinely friendly and welcoming....can't wait to come back next year!

This was our 1st time at this resort and overall we enjoyed the week. Check-in was painless and our suite exceeded our expectations. The meals were outstanding at all the restaurants. Service at the restaurants varied from exceptional to slow, in attentive and forgetful. The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pickleball and tennis courts all well maintained. Room Housekeeping was just ok. Our A/C unit leaked and when we reported it, it was fixed immediately. We loved the beach and beach attendants were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are huge and clean. Loved the view. I super love the different pools and the service from the pool, never need to leave pool side.
