The manager, Gabino Zambrano, was quite dismissive during our interaction. I asked him about the $200 coupon, and he said my husband had already signed for it at check-in. Since it was late and we were checking in with two kids, he had to sign multiple documents. We completely understand this, so I asked if we could simply get a new coupon, and if the previous one had been used, he could charge our credit card accordingly. We assured him we had no intention of abusing the benefit, but his attitude came across as very arrogant, as if we were trying to take advantage of something.

Our rooms are always clean, and the check in process is smooth. We enjoy the variety and quality of the gourmet meals. We appreciate and enjoy the fiesta that happens each week. Additionally, we are very happy that the pickleball courts are finished, as we were able to use them often! The staff really go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Overall we liked the resort but felt there were many small changes that would improve it, including nicer furniture on our balcony, a shorter check-in process without so many pitches (we were exhausting after travelling from Canada and it seemed to go on and on with a lot of confusing information). Our food orders were almost always were delivered with something incorrect, although staff were truly lovely. The concierge staff (the older, male one) was not very helpful and in fact verging on rude, I regret to say.
