The grounds and the rooms are wonderful. However, the pool area is too small to accommodate all the guests. There should be a quiet pool just for adults. We missed having Spanish language, classes, art activities, and sports activities at the resort one of the things we’d love to do is water volleyball. You need more health and heart health dishes offered at your restaurants. There are too many fried and deep fried foods on offer. For some of the dishes that we had the salt content was too high. You were told that this resort was more adult oriented and much quieter, but we were surprised to find that the one and only main pool that you have was chic a block full of kids. A visit to the emotions location did not impress us either. I must commend the Amalfi restaurant for the wonderful food that they offered on the menu. We tried multiple times during our 10 day stay to book silk for a 630 dinner, but was not successful. I would like to command both Claudia at the concierge’s desk and Daniel our pool concierge for all the care and assistance that they offered.

From the moment we arrived and were whisked from the airport in our direct shared transfer to the moment we were whisked back to the airport sverything was seamless. We didn't require any support or assistance at the hotel however both were readily available if required.

Very disappointing stay with lack of transparency re the property location, misleading pictures showing property on the beach, hidden charges when it says all inclusive. Staff not very helpful and inflexible.
