This was our 1st time at this resort and overall we enjoyed the week. Check-in was painless and our suite exceeded our expectations. The meals were outstanding at all the restaurants. Service at the restaurants varied from exceptional to slow, in attentive and forgetful. The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pickleball and tennis courts all well maintained. Room Housekeeping was just ok. Our A/C unit leaked and when we reported it, it was fixed immediately. We loved the beach and beach attendants were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are huge and clean. Loved the view. I super love the different pools and the service from the pool, never need to leave pool side.

You stairwell did not have lights on and was dark. I fell and missed the last step, landing on concrete. That dislocated my knee and required surgery. Still, 8 days later I am in hospital in Mexico trying to be well enough to travel back home. The negligence of the hotel not having lights on is frustrating because it ruined our vacation and made life altering consequences to me.
