Shattered glass in the room

Pros: the location is good, many supermarkets and cafes are around. Cons: the cleanliness. Very very low. When we checked it we found out that there was a shattered glass all over the room. The receptionist didn’t do anything (she said that she didn’t see anything) except bringing us a vacuum cleaner and we vacuumed ourselves!!!! The next days the “cleaning” was folding the towels and making the bed. No cleaning the bathroom or the floor. I also found a pillow case in my suitcase. So if you want a clean room- they is not the place.

My experience with this hotel was bad, it was a great Ibis 3 star hotel stay, just sadly for the price of a Mercure 4 star hotel stay’s price.

The hotel is in a good area and the room was very clean and nice. I had some issues with the booking but that was due to the online platform where I booked (which canceled the booking without notification...). However, communication in the hotel when booking in person could have been more clear.
