The check in and check out process was great . The room however is outdated , the carpet extremely stained .

Vworst I ever had in 5 star hotel

Dear Mr. V., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay with us. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I completely understand that having to walk 400 meters with your luggage could be very uncomfortable, especially at your age. Please allow me to clarify that the access restrictions during Christmas Season are imposed by the city and are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these regulations, but we fully understand that they can make arrival more challenging for our guests. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances and provide you with a more enjoyable stay. Small room. Booked a garden view and there was only a courtyard. Well located.

Very easy to book online for our stay, good check-in process, the staff we interacted with were pleasant. We only had breakfast in the hotel, this was inline with our expectations, no one went above and beyond. We decided to upgrade our room from the basic room, our room seemed dated, and not value for money, we were expecting a little more. The shower hanging over the bath, wasn't positioned correctly, so if you stood in-front of it, the shower would miss you, not a major issue, you are a premium hotel, something basic as this should be sorted out. The television was elevated off of the floor on a random table, it didn't match the room décor, unsure if it had been broken or this was the set up for the room. The location is what you pay for here, its ideal when visiting the town.
