Good staff great location. The restaurant was very nice. The concierge did a great job. The front office staff was very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Strasbourg .

The check in and check out process was great . The room however is outdated , the carpet extremely stained .

Vworst I ever had in 5 star hotel

Dear Mr. V., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay with us. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I completely understand that having to walk 400 meters with your luggage could be very uncomfortable, especially at your age. Please allow me to clarify that the access restrictions during Christmas Season are imposed by the city and are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these regulations, but we fully understand that they can make arrival more challenging for our guests. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances and provide you with a more enjoyable stay.
