We were surprised that the bathroom was very old and not at all like the picture published. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean our coffee mugs and tea was not refilled. The concierge service however was good and extremely helpful especially as there was road closures from the Christmas markets.

The staff were great. The room was fine except for regulating the room temperature. There were two thermostats and no instructions on how to use them. For the price the stay should have been better
