It was mostly a nice experience. It was clean and organized but in restroom Bidet was not working. I think that is very important for feeling comfortable with your room. I just stayed one night so i don't bother to go and tell the staff for fixing.

Overall good, but my concern took 2days to be solved which is the AC as we cannot sleep at night. Since thr AC is not cooling. Opening the window we tried but it is too noisy.

Personels are so kind and helpfull. The room is clean and fresh. Breakfast is rich and included all turkish delights. Especially one of İzmir delight is so crispy and delicious that is called Boyoz.
