We're thrilled to hear that you had an overall very good stay, enjoying the quiet comfort of your room despite the bustling surroundings, the convenient location with easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui East and TST MTR stations, and the extreme friendliness and meticulous service from our team, many of whom are fluent in English and Chinese. It's especially rewarding to know that you really enjoyed your time with us and plan to stay again—we look forward to welcoming you back! We sincerely apologize for the missed points you mentioned, including the absence of blackout curtains, the issue with hot water flow from the tap requiring full stream, and the toilet door needing force to close, which could be loud. We understand how these details can affect your comfort, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. we will forward your comment to respective management for them to review and investigate these matters promptly to ensure they are addressed for future stays. Same time I would like to mention that all our rooms are with blackout curtain and it control switch is located on bedside. (once you insert the room key card to the power slot the blackout curtain will be open, and it can be closed from the bed side) Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.
