We have a fabulous 3 night stay at The Mondrian. The staff was friendly , helpful and caring. Their warm smiles whenever we walked through the entrance and the doors behind opened were part of the excellent service. Breakfast on the 38th floor was delicious and dinner at the Carna restaurant was absolutely delicious. The service was first class.

Very disappointed at the breakfast arrangements. Extremely high cost of breakfast and little choice. Was charged 35HK$ for a small bottle of coke when I could get it at nearby 7eleven for $15. Most people would prefer the standard buffet breakfast with all its choices. I will not go to the Mondrian again when I visit HK if the breakfast is not a buffet.

Overall very good stay, the area that we were in was bustling but we could hear nothing from our room. Location was accessible (2 min walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, 7 min walk to TST MTR station). All the staffs were extremely friendly and meticulous, and most speaks very fluent English and Chinese. However, there were some missed points: - Should include blackout curtains - Hot water from the tap doesn’t come in small stream, need to be on full stream to access hot water from tap - Would be better if toilet door allows turning of knob, currently need some force to close the door, and might be very loud if close too hard. Nonetheless, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

Same time I would like to mention that all our rooms are with blackout curtain and it control switch is located on bedside. Fantastic stay. We were just returned from Europe and the service here is 5 times better than what had there. Friendly and helpful staff all around, greeted us every time we passed by the lobby and so ready to help out in any way they can.
