A very good stay, with extremely kind team and beautiful view on Victoria Harbour! My only regrets are that the lobby is not very welcoming and somehow small and that, although I’m a loyal Accor client, my birthday was missed.

The location was very convenient for me and I felt that the Fitness Facilities were one of the better ones I've experienced for a hotel of this caliber. The staff were friendly and approachable. The only thing that I would mention is I feel due to the humidity of the climate in Hong Kong the hallways and the room did have a bit of a linger musky smell. Additionally, I felt that a 3pm check-in time is a little late and it would do the hotel well if they could revise their operations to provide guests with an earlier check-in time.
