We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our location, the view from your room, and the professionalism of our team. However, I was very concerned to read about the shortcomings you experienced, particularly given your status as a Platinum member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in having your room ready past 3:00 PM. We understand that after a journey, a smooth and timely check-in is essential, and we failed to deliver on this promise due to high turnover that day. Furthermore, I am disappointed to learn that your loyalty status was not properly recognized. As a Platinum member, you are entitled to specific benefits, including a welcome amenity and a potential room upgrade (subject to availability). I have personally checked our records and confirmed that we did not have availability for a room upgrade during your stay; as you were booked in a Skyline Premier King, the next tier would have been a Harbour Premier King, which was fully booked. However, it is unacceptable that this was not explained to you upon arrival. We value your loyalty highly, and we clearly missed the mark in making you feel appreciated during this visit. I have shared your feedback with our Guest Service team to ensure that our protocols for recognizing our elite members are reinforced immediately. We must ensure that benefits are not just technically available, but proactively offered and celebrated. I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future. Perfect location, Very attentive and welcoming staffs. Hotel atmosphere promote upscale accommodation. Nice and spacious rooms. The only downsides are 1) inadequate number of elevators. 2) Choice of breakfast and limited seating for breakfast.

In our trip to HK in Dec25, we decided to stay across the harbour at TST, Kowloon from the island based hotels for a change; and we were not disappointed. We had used our suite upgrade benefits for 2 out of the 3 nights stay. Needless to say, we enjoyed the view and space of the suite room. Guest experience team that we came across - Sebastian, Kelvin and Zoe were helpful in meeting our needs and booked a couple of restaurants. If you are staying at 31st floor and above, there is a separate lift for high floors. Otherwise, the lift for the lower floors can take a while during peak hours.
