We fully understand your comments regarding the outdated facilities and the limited size of the washroom. Your feedback has been shared with our management team as we continue to plan future renovations to improve comfort and meet modern standards. Regarding the shuttle bus schedule, we appreciate your suggestion to better accommodate guests who depart early in the morning to catch JR trains. This is an important point, and we will review our transportation services to see how we may improve convenience for our guests.
