Thank you very much for staying at Grand Mercure Lake Biwa Resort & Spa. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay. First, we regret the inconvenience caused by the lack of adequate air conditioning and ventilation in your room. We are very sorry that you had to request a fan to make your stay more comfortable. Furthermore, we are deeply concerned and sincerely apologize for the issue with the bed sheet. Finding what appeared to be blood on the sheet is completely unacceptable, and we truly regret the distress this caused you. Please be assured that this matter will be taken very seriously, and we will immediately review and reinforce our cleaning and inspection procedures to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for choosing Grand Mercure Lake Biwa Resort & Spa. We are very pleased that you appreciated our location and the surrounding area. We are relieved to hear that your overall stay was "unresolved." However, we apologize that the firmness of the bed did not meet your expectations. Sleeping comfort varies from person to person, but we will take this into consideration when selecting amenities and providing better service in the future to ensure a more comfortable sleep. We also apologize that you were unable to relax due to the high volume of guests during the Japanese holiday period. While the hotel tends to be busy during peak seasons, there are also periods of relative calm, so we hope you will consider staying with us again if you have the opportunity.
