Very unfriendly and not helpful staff members at the reception. Also, the cleaning lady open the door and entered the room three times while we were sleeping on the day of checkout which she is suppose to wait for us to leave anyways.

Nicely furnished room. The window looked over to a small street, so the street noise did not disturb me. The breakfast service is a little bit complicated. You need to go long meters around to find your food.

A decent Ibis hotel with a lot of hotel rooms and a convenient location. The room was bright thanks to big windows and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There's a tram station right in front of the building and a metro station in 5 minutes walk + a bus terminal is really near. I wish there was an option to open a window rather than only rely on conditioning to get some fresh air. In the night, the shower had two options - hot water and very hot water. I didn't have time nor strength to deal with it at midnight because I had to catch a train early in the morning, so I didn't wash up properly and chose to just go to sleep, but this was pretty disappointing. And yes, I tried to regulate water properly, and I tried to wait for it to cool down by either keeping it running or turning it off for some time, but it didn't help.
