Very helpfull staff when my girlfriend got sick. Spacious, clean room. Busstop just outside the hotel.

It was a great stay in Osaka. The hotel is well located so we don't have to walk far to the station. luv the sleeping gown they provided. The room was convenient. staff very helpful and nice. easy check in and check out.
