A small no frills hotel with good location in Umeda. It is about 7mins walk from Umeda station. There is KIX airport shuttle bus in this zone too. Hotel staff are friendly and mostly able to speak English but room is really tiny including their toilet. Almost impossible to open 2 luggage on floor so we just keep it closed until packing time. Hotel breakfast not bad and offer good Costa brand coffee.

During the check-in, we did encounter some hiccups with the booking. It was challenging, with the various language barrier and lots of back and forth with the booking promotion etc. However, I would give my greatest gratitude and respect to the team in bringing my concern to the relevant team for their attention.

Staff were polite, courteous and friendly. Room was super clean, furniture was in good condition and hotel was quiet for being in a loud area. Only small complaint I have was in the bathroom sink the overflow hole was really dirty. Would like to see some vending machines and a laundry room added to the hotel other than that it was perfect.
