Generally my experience with the service staff was great, but either the training or system issues resulted in less than ideal outcomes. Hopefully it was a one-off computer system issue, resulted in the staff getting caught off guard.

At the same time, we regret that certain service aspects did not meet your expectations. We understand how inconsistencies, whether due to system glitches or communication gaps, can impact the overall guest experience. Please be assured we take your feedback seriously and will review the points raised with our teams to ensure we continue improving our processes and service delivery standards. As part of Accor's sustainability initiatives, the hotel has moved away from one-time use plastic. We understand that some may still have reservations in consuming water directly from the tap. For your peace of mind, we have installed a water filtration system. The separate filtered water tap is located next to the regular tap in the bathroom. You can refill your bottle with the filtered water to keep you hydrated. We recognize that clearer communication would have enhanced your stay experience, and we will review how this information is shared with our guests. We currently have the information on our hotel website and on the information channel of the television in our guestrooms.
