The facilities are a bit run-down. The air conditioner dripped all night, and the mattresses weren't in the best condition. Plus, the breakfast was a bit poor and lacked variety.

Convenient location. Reception staff and housekeeping staff was great. However, check-in process was incredibly slow. And the lunch buffet was a little disappointing - food was too salty.

The quality of the rooms was lower than expected for an Accor hotel. Preventive maintenance is needed for equipment such as air conditioning and shower stalls. The first room assigned to us had a noisy bed, a leaking air conditioner, and a TV with problems. Although we changed rooms immediately, the new room was good enough to stay in for a week.

It is perfectly located in copabana. Breakfast is good and pople are nice. Rooms are ok, but bathrooms need a bit of care. The airco got damage in a room so they changed us and then the airco of the new room was leaking. By that time we didnt have energy to move again. The room card got constantly deactivate. Almost every day we had to get it fix.
