Great stay at Pullman Central Park

It’s a mixed feeling experience for us three. Positive: Staff members were so polite and helpful, especially mr Rahman and Sobirin. On our last day, my mum left her walking stick and some sandals in her room and the staff were very helpful to retrieve the items back. Location is super convenient. It’s next to a big mall and lots of good restaurants nearby. Negative: Room size is quite small and I can hear my mum and aunt chatting next door. The shower were unconventionally placed, so it’s sort of in the way some how. Breakfast has a good variety from Indonesian and International food but the taste quality are quite average for my liking. Please improve on the quality and especially on the cleanliness as I found a hair on the sambal goreng and a rotten passion fruit. Mum asked for a small plate of sambal to add onto her mie goreng but the sambal was stale so she can’t eat her mie goreng (these incidents were from different days). Would I go back? Well, I asked mum and aunty, out of the three hotels we stayed in during our trip, which one they would like to go back to? And both said it’s Pullman because of the convenience. Super agree with that 😊.
