I stayed at the Pullman from December 1st to 9th and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay special. On my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious cake delivered to my room, sang "Happy Birthday," and even took photos with me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day truly unforgettable. Thank you, Pullman team, for your incredible hospitality-I can't wait to return!

I stayed here on 17 Dec and came back on 27 Dec (under my husband name Mr. D). Had a very bad experience of check in on 27 December with Mr. F in the counter. The safety box in the room is broken. Please tell the front desk staffs, just because we are not platinum Accor members, doesn’t mean that you abruptly ended the check in process because one of the platinum member sitting and waiting in the desk. My mother is a platinum member as well, I just don’t want to be a pr*ck and force to use her privilege on my booking. Thank you.

This is our second year staying here, as our experience last year was truly magical—we were able to watch the fireworks directly from our room, and it became a cherished memory for our daughter. Although there were no fireworks at the mall this year, our stay was still very enjoyable. Thank you for the thoughtful upgrade to a suite; it made our visit even more comfortable and special. We are already looking forward to returning again next year. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the variety of kids’ activities during the holiday period. Having a wider range of activities would be wonderful, especially for families staying multiple nights, as it would keep the excitement going each day.
