For the rate on 5* hotel, the room is small. The pool is basic no warm water. The zen garden looks to dry. The breakfast needs improvement on the pastry. Beef bacon is dry. Appreciate the service though, on the support of late check out, the breakfast salad station and the option of cheese are impressive. Maybe you can have more open space area with trees and more body and mind activities for the weekend like yoga or pilates. Also add more kids activities for their short staycation. Bc the location is already superb, only need to really optimize the services, options, etc.

Upgraded to suite but room lock was not working after some attempts. Annoying when guest had long day and just want to enter the room for rest. Hot water took time to flow out.
