We stayed as a couple but with my daughter and her children in a different room. The room was good but a shame we did not have a beach view. One item missing was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. All the hotel staff could not do enough for you, the food was very good. Only went to the roof bar once as it was empty which I was sure due to how expensive drinks were. Overall the hotel is beautifully positioned on the end of the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

We were a group of 19 people and stayed for 3 nights. Breakfasts were scrumptious with a wide variety of options. Sunsets were spectacular. Horse ride on the beach was surreal. Food stands down the beach were delicious! Pool was beautiful overlooking the ocean. My room was large, bright and roomy with a safe and separate area with a stand alone shower, double sink, toilet, lots of cupboard space and drawers and a coffee maker. Fridge. AC worked REALLY good and you need it. Only small issue was there was a gap at the bottom where the patio doors aligned up,,,so I stuck a towel in it. problem solved

We stayed in a Jacuzzi Villa at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach and absolutely loved it! The villa was right on the beach, clean, and maintained daily — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, and the breakfast itself was delicious and varied. A special mention to Tom, the restaurant manager, who was very welcoming. The pool bar is nice, with happy hour during sunset. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beachside relaxation. We would definitely come back!

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Peaceful and calm. I love the cocktails at the swimming pool bar. The beach here was more private as it’s located at the far corner.

From its perfect location at the end of of the beach, so we were able to view the entire stretch & enjoy long walks to the gorgeous beachfront breakfasts, and beyond comfortable beds, Novotel was an excellent choice for our first stop in our week long stay in Phuket!
