Bad experience ever, unclean, no services no one want yo help from the staff or employees

We truly regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused during your stay. Please rest assured that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are extremely important to us, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate review and improvement. We deeply regret that your impression of our service was not as welcoming and supportive as we genuinely strive to provide to every guest. Regarding the room type, we would also like to respectfully clarify that the reservation made through your travel agent was for our standard Superior Room category, which does not include A. sea view. Upon your arrival, our team had provided all necessary explanations regarding the booked room category and available options. Unfortunately, due to the high occupancy during your stay period, sea view room categories were fully occupied and unavailable for paid upgrade at that time. In addition, our team had kindly advised contacting your travel agent directly for further assistance regarding the booking details and arrangements. As the reservation was handled through the travel agent, certain amendments and communications needed to be coordinated directly by the booking holder. Please kindly understand that this was not intended as unwillingness to assist, but rather to ensure the process was handled correctly according to the booking conditions. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or misunderstanding this situation may have caused. Your feedback is truly valuable to us, and we remain committed to continuously improving both our service and communication to ensure A. better experience for all guests in the future. Our group of 10 lifelong mates came here to celebrate our pre-50th birthdays, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service, facilities, and overall experience have been exceptional. The staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Managing a group of 10 is never easy, but everything has been handled seamlessly. The accommodation is fantastic, the pool and facilities are excellent, and the whole place has a great atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying time with friends. This trip has created memories we’ll be talking about for years, and this hotel has been a huge part of that. Highly recommend.

Spent a couple of days at this hotel for a friend's birthday celebration. The hotel is located in a quiet end of Kamala Beach but still within walking distance of all the bars & eateries of the area. The staff were super efficient and helpful both during check-in and check-out. The gym is well equipped and the pool with a nice bar attached to it is a place where one can spend the whole day. Definitely worth visiting if you are ever in Phuket
