The hotel is in great condition, the service was excellent. Special thanks to Levina fron the front desk (sorry if i mispell herbfirst name) that was very efficient at recommending a nice dine out restaurant for me and my mom.

Novotel Lugano is located very close to paradiso station , checkin was smooth receptionist were humble and kind Breakfast was run down on day 1, better on day 2 but still average Room was okay but cramped for 3 people Toilet was good , housekeeping services were good too Had dinner in the restaurant one night and portions were overpriced and tiny

Great stay but the room had 2 empty bottles of hand soap and shampoo. Those should've been checked prior to occupation. Additionally, not having an iron and board in the room, and no robes or slippers was disappointing. The room and hallways were getting very worn. Lots of stains on the carpet and on my chair in the room.

Great Novotel providing a comfortable accommodation. Same building than ibis so you see the customers of the others building. More privacy for the pool would have been better as well as longer opening hours. Breakfast is average considering the price
