Very bad experience, apart from the location of the hotel rest all the services were disappointing. No cutlery was provided in the room even after requesting to the hotel staff. Very bad breakfast, the taste of food was very bad.

Good location, near MRT Bencoolen & Bugis Station, food shops (e.g.Ya Kun Kaya Toast, wonton) & 7-11 nearby, nice breakfast, but a bit problem on elevator system - stop every floor although no guests waiting outside.

Thinnest walls between room. Only 2 out of 4 lifts working so often have to taken stairs. Breakfast very crowded at peak times. Poor food options for western guests

Needed a good room for the night before the onward flight to Vietnam. Great staff, an extensive breakfast and a good size room for one night. Situated in a good part of town too.
