Ideal location for a low cost pre flight stay for Birmingham Airport, only a few short minutes walk to departures. Clean modern and comfortable accommodation. Great selection of bar meals cooked and presented really nicely. Have stayed here a couple times and will definitely stay again.

The air cooling system seemed faulty, only blowing hot air no matter what temperature you put it at, and followed the instructions given by reception. Not great during a heatwave. The shower had super low pressure, basically dribbling out. Otherwise great location and easy getting to NEC. Food in the restaurant was very reasonable.

Stayed here due to our normal stay when flying from Birmingham (Novotel) was £60 dearer for night stay no breakfast. Day before Novotel reduced prices, tried to rearrange but accor AI on WhatsApp was useless and I could not speak with customer care. Arrived, room was like an oven, could not cool it down. I spoke with reception but they said they're was no fans as they were all out. ( Common problem). As a result bad night sleep. Breakfast arranged but was very poor. Eggs are scrambled not fresh but powdered (are we living in the forties). All this and still £140. We have already booked to stay there on our return from holiday, not looking forward to it too be honest but needs must I. Would cancel if I can find an alternative.
