Incorrect credit card was charged, not ideal , but got sorted, The Welcome Drink on the app wasn't working and said I wasn't eligible because I had two bookings on the same day ? This was also sorted

This is our second time with Ibis Ellerslie. The bed and the room was comfortable as expected. However simce it is summer, we found that the car park was getting full so easily. We could not park our EV car to charge at the EV spot because the petrol UTE was parking there and the hotel didnt seem to be able to loacte the car owner. Disappointing there. Breakfast was good but I found the variety has changedvfrom the last experience. The croissant was good on Saturday but stale on Sunday. It was like they were left over and reheated. But all in all everything was good. Will definitely come back here again.

Normally enjoy staying at IBIS, but this time I brought my grandson, and (1) there were loud shouting outside our room as we tried to go to sleep, and (2) there was no hot water in the morning so we had to have cold showers. Invigorating but not what I expected.
