⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Novotel Bangkok The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tizz who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Perfect location for exploring Bangkok. Highly recommend!

The stay especially at night was a pain. The rooms next to us had families with small children. They kept running between rooms and making noise till late at night. The families also left the room doors open with tv very loud.

Rating: 1/10 I recently stayed at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, and it was a huge disappointment. Last year I stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, which was easily a 9/10—this experience doesn’t even come close. Main issues: Extremely noisy rooms: The rooms have almost no sound insulation. It feels like there’s no door at all. I could clearly hear the elevator ding, people walking and talking in the hallway, kids and families in the next room, and constant noise throughout the night. The windows are also not soundproof—you can hear cars and motorcycles driving by at all hours. Terrible breakfast: One of the worst breakfast spreads I’ve seen at a hotel. Only one variety of cheese, poor-quality cereals, Danish pastries that were frankly not edible, and eggs that were overcooked and left out like a military canteen setup. Very low quality overall. Poor room condition: The rooms are in bad shape and clearly need upgrading. Cracks in the walls, outdated interiors, and an AC console that doesn’t even show the temperature. The television is not high definition, and to make things worse, it plays audio in the bathroom and cannot be switched off. Overall, this hotel felt tired, noisy, and poorly maintained. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it—especially when compared to other hotels in Thailand that offer far better comfort and value.
