Great, central location about 5-minutes walk to many of the best tourist attractions, canal, tram, bars and restuarants. Knowledgeable and helpful staff like Renata on Reception and the bar steward.

Stayed for a night. The hotel was fine and quite centrally located in Ghent but I found the staff a bit cold

Great central location, perfect for exploring Ghent. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and the rooms are somewhat outdated, but it has a cozy and charming atmosphere. Special thanks to Serda at reception for being very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, though I would probably skip it next time due to the limited selection. Overall, a pleasant stay.
