Though parking a car at the hotel carpark is a bit challenge, the overall stay experience was good enough in considering its location. The staff there are friendly.

We booked only one deluxe room for 3 but the reception was upgraded to the suite room for us!! Their services was excellent and the hotel is located in the middle of the city. We were walking around the town with easy access to all kinds

The location could not be any better. Staff at reception also the most friendly possible. Small parking underground with mandatory reservation, but it’s so narrow, you have no chance going in with a large car. Room are ok. Basic. Bed stuck near the wall so you can’t get up and walk, you need to climb on the bed. Worst is no temperature control. Room was awfully warm (in February) and had to sleep with the window open. I saw a fan on the desk, for summer times I guess.

Great stay! Everything was clean and we appreciated the clever, space-saving design of the rooms -- sofa beds that could fold out for either one or two people, desks that could pivot out for people to sit facing each other (as at a normal table) -- as well as the option to have rooms with connecting doors. Very helpful for a group of six!

Previous guest had cleaned his/her nose on the side of the sofa. For 2 days front desk said 'we'll take care of it' and didn't.
