Spot on from start to finish. All the staff are great and can’t do enough for you. The food is excellent. Large choice particularly at breakfast including freshly cooked omelettes. Pool area really pretty, great atmosphere and poolside service. Rooms spacious and high quality. We’ve stayed before and choose a lagoon view room. Picked up and dropped off at airport so no car needed. A great place to relax and enjoy.

My stay was very disappointing. I booked a non-smoking room with two separate beds for myself and my friend, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only one bed. We were then forced to stay in a smoking room with two beds, which had a very unpleasant smell. The room did not meet our booking requirements, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I expected a much better level of service and accommodation.

Although my stay was very short, I had a lovely experience. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with excellent facilities that made my stay very pleasant. Although my stay was very short, I had a lovely experience. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with excellent facilities that made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast offered a great selection, with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return in the future.
