10 minutes walk from Haymarket train station. Modern, large, comfortable rooms. Walk in shower. Air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. I would have liked more choice of in room teas and coffee, including decaffeinated. Very expensive particularly when breakfast wasn’t included.

On Arrival the staff was extremely unfriendly! Asked for help to take the luggage’s upstairs but received none. Air condition was noisy couldn’t sleep!! Experienced a dirty room! Pillows are old and extremely uncomfortable! Bed mattress was even worse! Buffet food were extremely basic, asked for fresh juice, chef served Concentrated juice and lied it was fresh! Far from the city centre!! Even the lounge sofas were all dirty and torn! Not up to the 2 star standard!!!
