I booked this hotel on behalf of my husband. A few days before the arrival, I sent an email to hotel to inform all the details n we got all confirmation from the hotel. On the arrival date, the front desk staff who process the check in could not find the reservation n spend much time.

When I walked in after months away and saw Srey Nich at the front desk I knew it was going to be a good stay. Quick, easy check-in, with my Accor status recognized, and I was off to my room. The room was clean and ready to go, and when I requested extra towels they were on it in minutes. It's so nice to see Pisey recognized for her excellence and promoted. When I had an issue with wifi I talked to her and it was resolved within minutes, IT concirge service at a budget hotel, wow. Can't wait to revisit.

The room was immaculate. We also loved the powerful shower and the view from the 18th floor. We needed help to get the fridge and safe working but that was okay. Breakfasts were nice. The only reason I haven't given this a 10 star rating is because the wifi was very weak and slow, almost unusable. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here.
