The bed was very hard / uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep very well and woke up feeling stiff every morning. The air con was very noisy so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The hair dryer seemed very old

We arrived early (before 12noon) from an overnight flight and got checked into our room straightaway, it was invaluable as we could freshen up and start our day in HK. Staff members were helpful. An area to improve though is cleanness: there were hairs and fluff from previous guests around the bed, the floor mat and there was a smell at the bathroom.
