Kia Ora Mr. S. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing dining experience you and your group encountered during your stay. The evening of your visit was the first day of our new menu launch, and while this is not an excuse, we unfortunately experienced unforeseen operational challenges that impacted our service. We are particularly sorry that your wife's meal was not delivered and that this was only identified after a significant wait. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially when dining as part of a group. The communication surrounding the unavailable menu item and the alternative offered fell well short of the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate your kind comments regarding our location, housekeeping, and the cleanliness of the hotel, however we regret that the restaurant experience overshadowed your visit.
