We are pleased to know you found your room clean and comfortable, and that our team was friendly and attentive throughout your visit. We are sorry that our breakfast experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the inclusion and quality of coffee. We understand that a barista-made coffee is an important part of the breakfast experience for many guests, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective so openly. We would, however, like to clarify that our $29 continental breakfast includes considerably more than cereal and bread. The offering provides access to approximately 70% of our full breakfast buffet and includes a selection of fresh seasonal fruit, a variety of yoghurts, freshly baked pastries, breads, cereals, juices, and a range of other breakfast favourites. Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of hot beverages are included, while barista-made coffee is available at an additional charge. We also offer an Egg Butty Breakfast for $15, which includes an egg butty, a barista-made coffee, fresh fruit, and a Danish pastry. This promotion is displayed in a frame at the breakfast host desk to help guests identify this alternative option. We appreciate that this may not have been brought to your attention or discussed with you during your visit, and we will follow up with our team to ensure our breakfast options are communicated consistently. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the bathroom layout. While the room configuration is constrained by the building’s existing design, we understand that the limited space around the toilet affected your comfort.
