This was for us an emergency booking due to a sudden cancellation of another booking we had. It offered us a clean and comfortable place to stay. I appreciated it is so close to a shopping mall were you can have a coffee, a meal or a shopping session. Relatively close to the airport but a bit far from València. We took the bus from the mall to get to the city.

I nice hotel well laid out, clean room and freindly staff. The only downside was the fact that I could see the hotel from the main road but I just found it very difficult to find access to the hotel. Unfortunatly, (due to last minute circumstances beyond my control) I had to undertake the journey on my own, and I was following a Satnav, having driven from the UK through France. My Satnav sent me around the area 2 or 3 times before I it found me the correct route to follow. I did see some the occasional small sign on some roundabouts directing you to "HOTELS" , which I followed and at the next one no sign so you have to guess I think that if possible larger\better\clearer road signage around the area would be helpful to people travelling by car who are not familiar with the area.

The brekfast was extremely poor. We had to ask for a bowl for cereal, we had to ask for milk, the hot food was nearly all gone and what was left did no look appetizing. We ended up eating cereal and toast. When I complained at check out we were told that there had been a large group of children in before us. I told the receptionist that they must have known tha they were coming and catered for them accordingly but got no offer of compensation. We have stayed at Ibis hotels on many occasions but have never had such poor food. I think we might consider a different company in future.

Un girl changu is name blue hair short and she dont want to tell her name,she dont want to make me caffe in the morning because it not was complete payment of the room.Even i tell to i will pay for 1 minut she speak as she will call the police.She repeat so many time.She make me stress and i was with child 7 mounts ago.Very bad.No respect costumer.

Rude and unhelpful young man at reception. Room smelled musty and AC fan hardly works. I was told that’s how it was and since I was on ground floor mine was better than the upper floor and they were aware of the complaints. Restaurant food is limited and atrocious. I wanted the roast breast of chicken and I was the first guest but they had none. But the young folks in the restaurant were lovely and polite and helpful especially a young man named Adrian who is a credit to the company and should be commended. The rooms are tiny and dark and the bathroom was no bigger than a plane toilet except for it did have a tubular shower. Try somewhere else. It’s a shame because the staff with the exception of the check in guy were lovely and polite

Staff and value for money excellent. The mess outside is very off-putting...lots of litter and dirt from nearby construction. Also lots of cigarette butts and overflowing bins in the car park areas.
