Our experience was very unpleasant. We arrived from a long car trip—my husband, my daughter, and I—and we just needed to rest for a few hours as we were leaving the room at 4 am. At reception we asked for the possibility of another larger room or one with a couch or sofa; we offered to pay extra so that my husband could rest And to spend the last few hours together with our daughter who was traveling to another continent. The young woman at reception was very rude and made no effort to help us; she just said that my husband couldn't stay in the room with us. We paid €12 for parking, and he couldn't stay in our car in the parking lot either. They also refused to let him spend those hours in the lobby. She only try to sale another room more expensive than the one we have. In short, my husband ended up sleeping at the airport! We sense an atmosphere of racism, a lack of empathy, and extremism.
