Found the hotel to be in far better condition than what a "normal" airport neighborhood hotel would be. Cute restaurant bar area. Direct walking path to the airport that took less than 10 minutes. Did not see any proximate parking, so best to arrive by cab or Metro. The Metro Roses station is maybe a 5-7 minute walk to the Ibis.

It was good, hotel was as expected, comfortable and clean. All aound the hotel is a big construction site, so it's a bit complicated to get there, so the underground parking space is a great asset.
