We stayed here due to arriving f. flight at 2am. Hotel in easy walking distance to airport and was perfect for what we needed...a quick bed and freshen up! Room was very comfortable with great air con and brilliant shower. Later check out of 12 noon meant we could have a decent rest before moving on. Lots of construction work around the hotel but still very quiet and didn't affect our stay at all. Good communication by email f. hotel staff. Thank you

Up to the expected Ibis standard in all aspects. The ongoing roadworks out the front can't be avoided but the hotel has no control over this.

I would like to compliment your desk manger gentleman on his friendly helpful manner on our arrival and throughout our stay, and in particular, his extra help when he advised that I had left my wallet behind in my room. It was recovered to me in Paris through a private courier but the helpfulness and honesty of your staff involved was of the highest standard.

Staff makes too much noise early in the morning

Early in the morning the staff were making too much noise and talking nonstop, waking us up. We booked the hotel to rest after a late flight, but we weren't able to do so.

Overnight stay for 6th Aug,2024 and 7th Aug,2024. Massive construction going on next to hotel, which the hotel does not inform at any time from booking to check in. Even our cab driver went around in circle trying to find the hotel entrance. Since we arrived at 1pm in a 33 degree day, we wanted to get fresh and take rest in the afternoon. My wife and 2 yrs old daughter could not sleep due to the ruckus created by massive construction machines. When I checked with staff, they were adamant that the on-going construction was informed in the mail. We were not informed, which was confirmed after re-checking all the communication from Accor. BEWARE : the construction is a massive project, might go on for another 12-18 months. If you are with family or substantial luggage, its a sweaty and long walk to Airport.
