Hotel ideally located with easy walk to the airport terminal. Room was very clean and looked newly refurbished. Very basic but super clean and very comfy bed and really good shower. Bar/ cafe area downstairs- reasonable prices. Not a massive choice of food - this could be improved. There is a lot of construction going on, literally on the doorstep but the noise was minimal and room generally sound proofed from external factors. There is outside space which is spacious but not comfortable seating, very dusty from construction site and very noisy. Having said that I'm sure when construction is over this would be a pleasant area.

Friendly staff and easy check-in for our simple but fully equipped, quiet and modern room. It was a brief walk to the terminal and also a brief walk to Roses Metro station to easily get to central Valencia.

I had never stayed in such a filthy place. My husband and I booked a room for one night, on the first room assigned we found hair on the bedsheets and side table, we requested to be moved to another room. When we returned to the hotel that night, we found ants on the bed, it was disgusting so again we had to request to be moved to another room but we couldn't sleep at all as we were concerned of the ants of other bugs in the room. The following morning we went down for breakfast but again that can't be called a buffet breakfast, not a good selection or presentation of the food, everything was left there exposed and dirty tables.

Excellent location, spacious room with a comfortable bed and interesting bathroom pod. Great service at the bar with simple food and drinks at very reasonable prices. My only problem was the noise of planes taking off although they did stop between around 11pm and 5.30am

Don't get a taxi from the airport, there is a footpath( temporary). Turn right after leaving arrivals to a crossing head up the path and the hotel is 5 minutes away. Taxi will take you on a guided tour of the back streets!!!! Lots of road building around hotel but they don't start until 8 in the morning
