Happy to stay here, overall very good stay. The room, staff and breakfast were good. The renovation was done very well. I was happy with the cleaniness and the comfort. The tv is also great and modern. Points of improvement are mainly the noise. The window seems somewhat open or too thin. If you are not used to the traffic noise it can be hard to sleep. Also the door towards the hallway does not seem soundproof as you hear people walking and talking very well. You don’t hear the rooms next to you. Probably a strip underneath will already dampen the sound. For the window might be the rubbers. Otherwise the street side might need thicker curtains. Last thing was that there were some construction signs visible like pencil on the tiles and grout on the skirting board.

Despite being dressed as a cyclist in lycra carrying helmet and gloves I did expect to be attended to by reception staff in a more civil and polite manner. I stood at the Premier check in and wasn't acknowledged for some time. When finally I was attended to, the conversation from the receptionist was a curt "oui?" to which I replied that I had a booking. Her response was "I need your passport". I didn't come to the hotel for a conversation but a polite greeting would have set a better impression than what I received.

Your hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooftop for drinks and dinner was lovely. Your staff was very pleasant. We missed using the pool on the rooftop due to it closing at 8:00 pm.

Your room was set too cool for our comfort level. I requested assistance at the front desk to make the room warmer and did not receive any feedback, and no-one ever showed. I think I was able to adjust the thermostat to where the unit indicated red wavy lines showing it was set for a warmer temperature. At that setting it warmed slightly maybe 1.5 degrees?

Great location to visit Valencia and be able to park a car. 20 to 25 min walk into town. Also many facilities nearby for quick bites and shopping. The reception staff were very nice, and the restaurant on the rooftop was very enjoyable at sunset.

The hotel is near to the city center, perfect for short or long stays. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary (e.g., shampoo, conditioner). The staff is kind, and the bar at the top of the hotel has an amazing view on the city :)

A really comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel which has excellent facilities in a well kitted out room, along with extremely polite and helpful staff. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean to a high standard every day. Only she was the air conditioning. I couldn't set the temperature though. Actually, I didn't query that with reception.\n The gym was very good. I used that I just wish there had been a few. Maybe a bit more equipment to use for the legs, they're appreciate them. People sometimes pinch things. Breakfast area was excellent. I also thought there were plenty of areas to sit and have a drink.If you wished , i'm not sure if I noticed a restaurant on the ground floor whether our windows as that would have been nice to maybe use. The hotel was a fraction farther out than I would have liked from the centre.But it benefited from feeling a bit more spacious and it was convenient very near the shopping centre and the supermarket.If you needed to get anything. The staff were really helpful and answered my queries. I enjoyed visiting the sky bar and sitting by the pool.I wished the pool had been a fraction bigger as it was difficult swimming a distance but great to actually have the benefit of a pool in a city centre hotel. I travelled as a single person, but on an organised holiday with others. The bedroom may have been a bit compact if there had been two in it.

My experience was overall wonderful. The location is 10 out of 10. The pool and views a bonus. The gym okay, but no leg machines. Breakfast was in abundance although limited. The rooms ok but some days the floors were not cleaned well. Service was inconsistent, like some reqursts were missed but they then compensated generously by manager and stafff. Some staff not very costumer focussed whilst some were super accomodating. It was a mixed bag of brilliant to below average. I would return for sure, knowing that perhaps there may be some inconsistency in the level of service.
