The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I would expect from a Novotel. First, the staff behavior during breakfast was poor and unprofessional. Interactions felt cold, unhelpful, and at times dismissive. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. A fruit platter was left inside the fridge for an entire week without being removed during housekeeping, which clearly reflects a serious lack of attention to detail. In addition, basic service requests seemed unnecessarily complicated for the staff. Only one small bottle of water was provided in the room, and when asking for additional water, the staff appeared completely lost. When I requested cutlery to eat in my room, I was strangely redirected to the Skybar instead of receiving a simple room service solution. Every single request felt difficult and poorly managed, creating constant frustration throughout the stay. To make matters worse, my room was delivered more than one hour late at check-in. Overall, this was definitely one of the worst Novotel experiences I have ever had.

Hi, The overall experience was great, but when paying the invoice it did not took into account the reward points and we ended up paying more with 20 euros (and the points were taken from my account). The location is great, near the city center and right next to the park. It’s perfect for couples and also for families.

Really enjoyed staying at Valencia Lavant. Hugo gave us a great, friendly welcome and the room was fantastic. Light, good sized and comfortable bedding with a great bathroom suite too. Enjoyed the rooftop bar - but the number of people going to and from the 12th floor often meant long queues for the lifts. Also, in the room, the AC was controlled by a panel that emitted light even in standby and was directly in front of the bed. Black out curtains were great, but then the light from the control panel offset that.
