You need to conduct room quality check before offering it to guest. You need to repaint/fix scratches on the doors and walls minimizing general guest impressions. You need to teach the personnel if one is able to park or not and how long at the parking outside hotel.

The hotel is clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of iron available for the rooms. You have to carry everything to the small room next to the Reception to iron your clothes. And there is only one iron available .
