Pros: good price (out of the conferece season), comfortable/clean room, nice staff**, fussball table is a plus! Cons: not so conveniente location (unless you are attending the Messe) - some 10 minutes from the closest S-Bahn station, rooms a bit small. **On Dec 31, I witnessed a man almost harassing a frontdesk lady. He made a mistake (putting a 'don't disturb' sign on the door), but wanted to blame somebody, and he tried hard. But I happened to listen do the conversation and she was very respectful all the way.

The hotel facility looks a bit old, but good enough and tidy. There are tram and s-banh station nearby, so location is also very good. One of the good point is that there are plenty of outdoor parking space which are free of charge.
