My only issue was that two out of three elevators had malfunctioned and were out of service for the entire duration of my stay. This was a terrible experience as guests were left to wait for a long time and in some cases lug their bags up and down the fire exit. Not the type of workout anyone asked for.

We found the rooms relatively large, and with the price we paid, it is certainly of excellent value! Added advantages are free-parking on the surface level, nice welcome note and home-made cookies, welcome drinks and fantastic service which went out of its way to fulfill all prior requests that we made. Keep up the good work!

Very nice, comfortable stay. Room was good, big and had everything needed. Friendly staff. Quite area and not far from city center. Prices at the restaurant are a little pricey.
