At first, my room just in front of the stairs, so in the morning I heard so many noise and couldn’t sleep, and what’s worse, there was a door inside my room to connect the next room, there were some embarrassed sounds came from the next room, there were making a kid, omg, so I went to the front desk asking for changing room, out of my expectations, there was a lady who has golden hair and wearing glasses, she helped us to change the room immediately after I described my upsets, and the new room was up level and wonderful, we are very glad to lived here , and really thanks to your help.

The room didn’t have the required number of towels, there were no bin bags and only one coffee cup in the room all three nights for a family of three staying.
