Fantastic stay for a business trip. The location was perfect, allowing quick access to downtown meetings. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly especially JEFFERSON EBOL. My room was quiet, clean, and had excellent natural light—ideal for working late. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Appreciated the delicious, varied breakfast buffet, though perhaps fewer pastries next time for healthier options. Highly recommend for professionals

We had a joyful stay for 6 days at the Novotel hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, prompt and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable - as high occupancy we didn’t have the 2 rooms in same floor so that was a bit inconvenient for the family. Good buffet breakfast. Great location, good travel desk and trip support as well. We will recommend to friends and stay again. Thank you!

My recent stay at Novotel Bur Dubai, as a loyal Platinum member was a profoundly disappointing experience, marked by a complete lack of care from staff and an alarming absence of management response, even when issues arose during my stay. My requests for a upgraded room were either ignored or handled with a "we can't be bothered" attitude. More concerning, however, was the complete failure of communication from management. I sent an email detailing these issues while still on-property, expecting at least an acknowledgment, but received nothing – no call, no email, not even a courtesy follow-up. It's clear that a valued member's concerns mean little here. I understand that my upgraded request is subject to availablity, but its not the request acceptance, its the no care attitude which is disappointing. More worrisome was reception staff with giving conflicting statements and trying to decieve. This level of service falls far below what's expected from a brand that claims to value loyalty. I've had great experiences elsewhere in this brand, but this hotel and management staff needs serious reevaluation of its guest service standards and management accountability.
