I had trouble checking in. I was panicking if it was overbooking because it didn't explain any reason. But thank you so much for finding my lost item after checking in.

The hotel lacks sufficient amenities and is quite noisy at night. Only one bath towel , no hand towel and no tissue. The bathroom door is transparent, exposing the upper part of my body. Additionally, the hotel charged me nearly 10 Euros to use the lockers, even though I returned the same evening to collect my suitcase. Staff is friendly .

Great location across the street from the metro. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Much better than expected for a budget hotel.
