Terrible service and the hotel management has very poor ethics. Avoid at all costs and spend your money at a property that isn’t out to scam its customers. We lost over 1000 euros at this property and were treated terribly by the management and front desk staff.

Dear Mr. Adil, We're very sorry to hear that your experience with us was not what you expected. We always try to provide the best service possible, and we regret that you felt let down. To clarify, while your reservation was under a non-refundable rate, we did try to accommodate your situation by offering you a credit valid for 3 months. This was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we only needed a medical certificate to confirm your situation. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive this before your scheduled arrival. We always aim to be fair and transparent with our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope you might give us another chance in the future.

Despite the problem with my room during the stay (significant leak in the bathroom from the ceiling due to the apartment above). The reception staff perfectly responded to the need and managed the situation efficiently and professionally. The gesture and little note found upon returning were appreciated
