Overall I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens. However, as an eligible Accor Live Limitless loyalty member I did not receive my status benefits during this visit. At check in I was not offered the welcome drink voucher or the member gift. I would appreciate it if the hotel could look into why these perks were missed from my account.

Staff were fantastic as always and the location is great for my purposes. The rooms are in need of a refresh and deep clean (stone feature wall in shower specifically). Only Accor hotel I have stayed at as a gold explorer member where there hasn't been some sort of recognition. If the rooms can be updated this would be a lock for me to stay at every time I am in the Hunter, currently I swap between three different hotels.

Great value and very pleasant stay. A few wineries, shops and Cheese factory all within walking distance. EV Fast Charger on site. Great team of friendly & attentive people especially Ally.
