Good points: - Room Clean - Good wifi - Early breakfast at 04:30 was considerate Improvements: - Bad sewage smell at room 201. - More towels instead of 1 would have been better. - Took bins but never returned it in the room. - Rooms cancellation policy really poor. Could not cancel my stay as non-refundable.

Spent my short vacation in Mumbai at IBIS BKC. First impression, was a a but cozy for the price I paid and though the location was central, the closest shopping area was a good half a mile away, which I had to walk about to explore. Having said that. the staff were very friendly and eager to help. I enjoyed my stay and was happy with the FnB. It would be ideal for a business visit.

In 6 days of stays. I have seen dirty pillows. room service is slow. Sometimes i had to ask for same thing 4-5 times. And took 34/5 hours. For simple thin like water.
