Always enjoy staying at Peppers. Lovely rooms, friendly staff, great bar and restaurant area. Also lovely to spend time outside at the table-and-chairs area. Very quiet, very relaxing.

The hostess/cashier at your breakfast buffet was rude and dishonest

I got the wrong room despite multiple confirmation and visits since this was for my wedding day. The night receptionist lacks basic understanding and common sense of hospitality and how important that day meant to me. I got a room with no aircon to get ready in with my family to get ready in, and my fiancée got a very rusty frame to hang her dress on. Very disappointed.

Staff appeared warm and relaxed on arrival, really helpful with questions, great breakfast and enough little spots around the place to lounge about when not in our rooms. Thank you for a nice stay.

Room was spacious and well equipped. They made a mistake with the booking and gave us a queen room instead of a king. Providing us with a free breakfast was a nice gesture
