Very nice hotel. AC was not working but the front desk very quickly moved us to another room and the AC was excellent. Only problem we had was that, using the address on the hotel's website, both my Garmin and Google maps did not take us to the correct location (about 3 miles away). When I searched for Ibis Alcombendas we arrived with no problem.

This is the second time I stay in this IBIS, however the quality of my stay wasn't the same as last time. The AC was super loud, and 4 mornings (out of my 6 night stay) the orange juice in the buffet was fermented/ off. This juice situation really caught my attention as it was fermented at 6:30am, so they probable kept it out of the refrigerstor the whole night.
