I tried this ibis for first time And in spitw of the limitations of this hotel, the staff did everything they could to accomodate me as platinum member However, it is a mess the parking no matter that i arrived early and i could park, there is no distinctions about the parking I probably wont be back for this lack of management, but the staff dis everything they could within the limits defined by the management. Great hotel and staff but not really good food and menu

Had a 2 night stay here for some business activity around Madrid. ibis Madrid Fuenlabrada is the best aside from friendly price (and as well as staff)!!! All staff are great we really do appreciate them. However, we had our dinner after a long drive from Marbella, and to our surprise the food was dry. My husband got a burger and I ordered salmon both were dry plus the fries and bun of burger was cold. But once the service is great everything is good! Just a lesson learned for us that we won't order food :)) Lastly, the room smells cigarettes and me and my husband doesn't smoke. But nevertheless, all is good.
