Stayed overnight to go to concert …. Which is very close (walking distance) to concert. Arrived on a hot 40++ day … easy parking which was fairly spacious compared to some city parking. We were able to check in and access our room early as it was ready at our arrival time. Would re immend

Staff were unprofessional. I booked 2 rooms and wanted rooms side by side, the manager did not accommodate to that. The microwave in the suite was disgustingly dirty, I complained everyday throughout 26th to 30th, they noted it down but did not clean. I did not get my room cleaned on 29th, thinking I would be awarded points, but did not even get that. It felt like the staff were tired/did not want to work. Bar closing was 11pm as advised by receptionist, I went to the bar at 10.20pm, staff were cleaning up, 2 staffs went by me, did not even tell me that bar is closed, after standing there for 5 mins, another person came from inside and advised bar is closed. Overall I found all these very unprofessional

The Novotel Olympic Park is well located and maintained, the restaurant meals are also quite good, however none of the basics like hamburgers were available. The staff are very professional and helpful. Only down side is the parking is quire expensive.

While the staff was welcoming, the check-in process in early 2026 was frustratingly slow with only one person attending the desk and the priority queue left unstaffed. Additionally, I wasn't given the room I requested and had to settle for an alternative, which made the nearly $52 daily parking fee feel even more overpriced.
