The location was well location with different halal restaurant. Nearby and even supermarket ..the staffs were very kind .The rooms were big and clean:-)

The hotel was conveniently located close to the station, making it very easy to get around. The breakfast selection was excellent and very satisfying. There was also a bar near the lobby that offered happy hour, which I enjoyed every day during my three-day stay.

Large room. Carpets a bit thin and grubby. Bed was a twin pushed together with one comfortable side and one (mine) hollowed out and collapsed. Found the aircon impossible to fathom and as a consequence put up with warm conditions as we were only staying two days. Bathroom was adequate but had a fatal flaw in that the shower over the bath had not been installed properly and leaked all over the floor creating a slippery and dangerous environment. Had to put towels down to soak it up and make the floor safe to walk on. Breakfast very good with excellent scrambled eggs, fresh bread and rolls and even oat milk for the (large) coffees. They even had Darjeeling tea for my wife! At the end of the day - a fair budget hotel (albeit purporting to be 4 stars) in a good/edgy location with very good transport (bus and U bahn) links up to Tempelhof, Platz der Luftbrucke and in to Berlin town.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die Sie im Zimmer und Badezimmer erlebt haben. Die Hinweise zu den Teppichen, dem Bettkomfort sowie der Klimaanlage nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden diese Punkte intern prüfen. Besonders der von Ihnen geschilderte Mangel an der Dusche entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Standard. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam machen. Wir wissen Ihre ehrliche Rückmeldung sehr zu schätzen, da sie uns hilft, die Qualität unseres Hauses weiter zu verbessern.
