Very disappointed. Blaring music each night until at least 11:30pm M-Th & until 3am F -Sun. Not indicated at reception or online at booking or hotel website so beware if you want to sleep or rest.

We arrived a bit early as my medical appointment didn't take as long as expected. We were told the room wasn't ready. That's ok. It should be ready in 30 mins, we will call you. Fine. We went for coffee. 2 hours later my husband checked with reception and was told another 10mins. Finally after making another visit to reception we got our room. It was on the 4th floor above the pool area. Not happy with this as a room on high level had been requested. Spoke to reception, changed rooms. Instead of bay view we had a view of the units next door. Contacted reception and after speaking to Nicola she got the manager Rachel. She sorted out a better room for us. We had had enough we were prepared to just leave. This is our second stay here. Because it is close to my medical team. I have more tests required in June and plan to stay again for 2 nights. Rachel was very apologetic. This is not helping my recovery.

Room was average. Photos of rooms look better on site, however amenities at property are great. Two drinks ordered by room service came in plastic takeaway cups for $52. To make it worse one drink came up then the second came 20 minutes later even though they were ordered together. Bath took 40 minutes to fill if you want it warm
